    FOUNDER & CEO

    AJ Calabro, a dynamic presence in sports, entrepreneurship, and law, brings rich experience. As a former 4-year student-athlete at Syracuse University Football and founder/CEO of Calabro Sports Counsel, AJ offers a unique perspective on the evolving sports landscape.

    Managing Calabro Cuts, his Barbering business, during his time at Syracuse University and currently pursuing legal education at Rutgers Law School. AJ blends entrepreneurship, sports, and legal knowledge. His experiences as a Syracuse University athlete fuel his passionate advocacy for student-athletes.

    AJ understands the challenges of Division I college athletes and the nuances of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. His goal is to empower athletes to navigate these complexities with confidence and strategic decision-making.

  • Andrew Licciardi

    ATHLETE MARKETING

    A seasoned sports marketer with a diverse background spanning the NFL, MLS, NASCAR, and college athletics. Over the last few years has cultivated a track record of innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships while working with both players and teams in the NFL and MLS. During his tenure with NASCAR, he navigated the high-speed world by increasing fan engagement with a focus on brand strategy.

    As college athletics embraced NIL, he seized the moment, strategically maximizing athlete ROI in partnerships through data, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. His work in the NIL space focused on connecting college athletes at all levels with those who recognize and appreciate their value – from national brands and local businesses to loyal sports fans. Now with Calabro Sports Counsel, he continues to focus on pairing athletes with agencies and brands that allow them to succeed in the evolving landscape of name, image, and likeness in college athletics.

  • Richard Parker

    OF COUNSEL

    In September 2022, Mr. Parker concluded his 40-year government career. During his government service, he held various roles at the Office of Inspector General, Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA-OIG), investigating whistleblower complaints related to FHFA and its regulated entities. His responsibilities included leading administrative investigations, overseeing law enforcement groups, and directing internal evaluations.

    Before FHFA, Mr. Parker worked at the Office of Inspector General for the General Services Administration, conducting internal evaluations and sensitive investigations. Prior to that, he served as a Supervisory Assistant United States Attorney for nearly 18 years, overseeing U.S. government defensive litigation in the Eastern District of Virginia. His legal career also includes being a retired U.S. Army Colonel, where he served as the Chief Counsel of the National Guard Bureau.

    With extensive experience in federal civil litigation, Mr. Parker has published articles and taught at the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center and the U.S. Naval Justice School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

    Now as part of, Calabro Sports Counsel, Mr. Parker leverages his legal expertise to provide strategic guidance to athletes, assisting them in navigating the legal intricacies of name, image, and likeness in college athletics. His focus is on offering comprehensive legal support to athletes, ensuring they align with the right agencies and brands for success in this evolving landscape.
